COUNCIL OF ADVISORS

As the Journey of Kindness has picked up momentum, the Sconestone team has realized that there is strength in numbers and that the power of more minds can only help the journey along. And with that philosophy in mind, the Sconestone team has created the Council of Advisors with a view to accepting high level advice from individuals who are experienced, knowledgeable, charitable and very well connected within their fields of endeavor.

Steve Cullen:

Steve is the business manager for the Scottish rock band Runrig and has been an incredible supporter of Sconestone right from its earliest days. It wasn't long after being introduced to Steve by Calum MacDonald (of Runrig) that the Sconestone team realized just what a treasure Steve really was. Industrious, funny, practical and always coming up with interesting ideas, Steve is perfectly equipped to offer the Sconestone team the advice they need to help make the Journey of Kindness a success.

John Moorhouse:

John is a Scottish philanthropist who actively dedicates his time and effort behind supporting charitable causes and projects. One of John's passions however has been to organize the Gordon Cook Conversations, a bi-annual gathering where John brings together diverse people who are stars within their respective fields and challenges them to explore their fears and hopes for society ten years hence. The Conversations have been running since 1974 and throughout this time John has built up an amazing network of friends from every walk of life. John is clearly a wealth of knowledge and ideas that will only strengthen the Sconestone team and the Journey of Kindness.
